I haven't updated Xanga in forever, not because I don't blog, but because I have set up my own website and am hosting it at www.journey-fitness.com.
My blog has been very active lately. I've been taking a photo every day while out on my runs. My goal is to do that for a year. I update it usually every 1-3 days. Sometimes I get busy and can't get to it the day of, but I do always take a photo! You can find that at:

I also have a message board that is open to everyone. All it takes is YOU to make it fun and active! I have a few challenges going on there for people who are working on getting healthy. You can find it at:

Things are GREAT in my little world! I'm still maintaining my loss with fitness and nutrition. I'm still a running fool...I finished my 21st marathon last weekend, and have even run two ULTRA marathons! Go me! I'm hoping ... okay hope doesn't cut it, I am training for another half ironman in August, and I'm loving life (most of the time).

What's New?
I haven't updated here lately because I have a new blog over at my business website: www.journey-fitness.com/wordpress.
So here's a little update on what I've been doing:- Got my personal training business started in July. I coach running groups and provide online weight loss support.
- I've coached two 5k groups of women, and one man, to their first (or first in awhile) 5k.
- I've run my 15th marathon (race report and video podcast on my other blog site).
- I'm running my first Ultra Marathon on December 20 (and I don't mind saying I'm VERY nervous).
- I am starting my first marathon/half marathon group on January 24. Anyone interested, email me at tory@journey-fitness.com.
- I started podcasting! I have put out three audio podcasts available on iTunes under Journey Fitness Podcast.
- I'm teaching two more 5k classes the second full week in January
- On Wednesdays I host Wellness Wednesdays at the MPHS Track at 5:00 p.m. No cost, no obligation...just come and walk or run. Once marathon training starts, we'll use that evening to do speed work or tempo training for those interested.
